It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Joy Williams Salyer of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Tony Williams and Ottie May Williams. She is survived by : her sons, Donald Paul Salyer of Lexington and Joseph Salyer (Vicki) of Salyersville; and her grandson Cole Hudson Salyer.
