She is survived by : her husband Gary Salyer; her children, Kimberly Carol Lewis of Morehead, Patricia Yvonne Powers of Georgia, Misty Dawn Salyer of Salyersville and Gary Jerome (Brandy) of Salyersville; her siblings, Lawson Johnson (Josephine) of Salyersville and Carol Spradlin (Hezron) of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Jeremy Lynn Harvey, Chris Dwayne Harvey (Kathy), Lewis Gene Powers, Curtis Douglas Powers (Adriana), Sarah Mae Powers, Erikah McKenzie Voll, Aaron Jacob Voll, Andrew David Voll, Mylee Dawn Voll, Dakota Salyer, Troy Jerome Salyer, Madelyn Paige Salyer, Carlee Marie Salyer, Brantley Benjamin Bailey and Liam Parker Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Christen Corrina Harvey, Landon Christopher Sean Harvey, Charlotte Mae Powers, Warren Douglas Powers, Katelynn Michelle Lawson (Luke) and Sean Davis Russell Harvey.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
