He was predeceased by : his parents, Dave McCarty and Virgie Wright McCarty. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Ann Hunley McCarty; his son David McCarty of Salyersville; his siblings, Ricky Lee McCarty of Salyesville, Carmeleata Vanhoose of Salyersville and Concheata Wheeler of Salyersville; and his granddaughter Chloe McCarty.
