She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Howard and Martha Adkins Howard; her brother Beckham Howard; her half-brothers, Dudley Howard and Raney Howard; and her sisters, Zada Russell, Ethel Hensley, Flossie Howard, Gustie Helton, Easter Arnett and Louise Ward.

She is survived by : her husband Lacy Collinsworth, Jr.; and her sister Edith Howard of Flatwoods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
