She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jenkins and Ora Montgomery Jenkins; her husband Branard Russell; and her siblings, Hurbert Jenkins, Edward Jenkins, Ervin Jenkins, Charles Jenkins, Herbert "Hub" Jenkins, Dorothy Jenkins, Bernice Lyon and Alma Arnett.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Russell (Brenda) of Salyersville and Carlotta Hensley (Ronald) of Salyersville; her sister Kolean Fugett of Salyersville; her grandsons, Jason Phillip Russell and Wesley Shane Hensley; and her great grandchildren, Parker Lillian Russell and Steele Alice White.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Magoffin County Funeral Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
