She is survived by : her children, Michael R. Tackett of Salyersville, Anthony J. Tackett of Salyersville and Wilma J. Adams of Salyersville; her siblings, Timothy Tackett of Salyersville, Virginia Hale of Salyersville and Garnett Sue Gullett of Dayton Ohio; her granddaughters, Stephanie Moore of Salyersville and Brittany Campbell of Salyersville; and her great grandchildren, Lillian Moore and Clark D. Campbell.
