He is survived by : his wife Regina Patrick Collett; his children, Steven Odell Collett (Lyndsay) of Salyersville, Matthew David Collett of Salyersville, Andrew Ryan Collett of Salyersville, Kaden Douglas Collett of Salyersville, Chasta Jane Howes (William) of Salyersville, Alisha Dawn Crabtree (Billy) of Paintsville, Carrie Merelene Collett of Salyersville, Rachel Collett and Jeannie Marie Porter; his siblings, Jerry Lynn Collett, Ronnie Edward Collett, Dewey Willard Collett, Berta Ruth Ward, Alta Mae Jackson and Frankie Collett; and his grandchildren, Elijah Clinton Howes, Morgan Shae Howes, Addison Grace Collett, Tinley Faith Collett and Daniel Bryce Crabtree.
