She is survived by: her daughter Candace Triplett of Salyersville; her stepchildren, Sherry Allen of Prestonsburg, Travis Hall of Prestonsburg and Ricky Scalf of Prestonsburg; her siblings, Gregory Slone of Wheelwright, Craig Slone of Wheelwright, Gary Slone of Hindman, Larry Slone of Bevinsville, Barbara Terry of Louisville, Angela Lemaster of Salyersville and Marcella Howell of Spewing Camp; and her grandchildren, Serenity Waddles, Gabriel Waddles, Wyatt Waddles and Braydan Waddles.
