She is survived by : her stepmother Margareta Allen (Joseph Julian); her daughters, Heather Kazee (John) of Salyersville and Kayla Bailey of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bailey, Mila Arnett and Maddox Kazee; and her siblings, Wade Allen of Indiana, Jackie "Sunny" Allen of Kentucky, Toby Allen of Lima, Teresa Allen of Louisville, Sheila Allen of Winchester, Lisa Hensley of Paintsville, Marquettia Allen of Paintsville, Crystal Allen of Morehead and Kisha Allen of Salyersville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
