It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Irvin Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Allen and Theo Hazlett Allen; and his siblings, Claude Dempsey Allen, Grover Cleveland Allen, Buddy Jack Allen, Geneva Howes, Juanita Wharton, Marietta Taylor, Avanell Howes and Shirley Thompson.

He is survived by : his sister Sue Dale Minix of Louisville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
