He is survived by : his wife Patty Howard Gamble; his children, William Michael Gamble of Salyersville, Stacy Gamble (Malissa) of Oil Springs, Jonathan Ray Gamble (Ashley) of Salyersville, Patricia Jean Rodriguez (Heather) of Winchester and Surrina Minix (Matthew) of Salyersville; his sisters, Wilma Blanton of Salyersville, Betty Blanton of Salyersville and Joyce Lemaster of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Jessica Morgan Salyers, Dustin Allen Minix, Alisha Hope Blackburn, Coleton Gamble, William Scott Gamble, Hadley Rose Gamble, Gregory Dean Joseph, Amber Crouch and Tyronne Gipson; and his great grandchildren, Liam Hensley Salyers, Lincoln Case Minix, Easton Allen Blackburn and Chandler Dean Joseph.
