She is survived by: her husband William Ray Collinsworth; her children, Stacy Puckett, Sheridan Puckett, Joe Kenneth Collinsworth and Jonie Renee Bentley; and her siblings, James Gordan Taulbee, Lillian Gaye Powers, Darlene Winfrey and Vivian Lopez. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
