He is survived by : his siblings, Sherman Lewis (Cindy) of Versaillies, James Lewis (Brenda) of Sandy Hook, Mark Lewis (Kim) of Sandy Hook, Betty Sue Lewis of Stark Ridge, Janet Randolph (Eugene) of Stark Ridge and Ruth Randolph (Bill) of Stark Ridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
