She was predeceased by: her parents, Derie Ison and Delphia Gillium Ison. She is survived by: her sisters, Gladys Caudill, Tricy Edge, Cloma Justice, Bertie Gauvey and Nancy Ison; her husband L. C. Griffith; her sons, Jimmy Griffith (Pam) of Morehead, Greg Griffith, Johnny Griffith and Aaron Griffith of Sandy Hook; and her siblings, Joyce Smith of Morehead, Gene Ison (Betty) of Ernon, Jackie Ison (Gwen) of West Liberty, Evert Ison and Dale Ison (Debbie) of Sandy Hook. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
