He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Fraley and Minnie Fraley; his son Lawrence Eugene Fraley; his siblings, Robert Fraley, Daisy McQuain, Edna Pearl Fraley, Gerry Meeker and Hazel Heipley; his son-in-law Frank Waters; and his great grandchild Paeton Spackey.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fraley; his children, Shannon Kathleen Waters of Galloway, Ohio, Bonnie Lou Fraley of Logan, Ohio, Rhonda Yates (Jeff) of Logan, Ohio, Connie Spackey (Dean Stevens) of Lancaster, Ohio and Bill Fraley of Isonville, Kentucky.; and his sisters, Lucille Knipp of Grove City, Ohio and Linda Kay Brickel of Grove City, Ohio.. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, Great grandchildren, and two Great-great grandchildren.
