He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Smith Ison; his son Michael Ray Ison of Flemingsburg; his siblings, Ernie Ison of West Liberty, Elsie Salyer of West Liberty and Ina Whitt of Florence; and his nieces, Chelsea and Josie Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
