He was predeceased by: his father James Milton Stafford; his spouse Jenifer Lee Stafford; his stepfather William Fugate; and his brother Phillip Stafford. He is survived by: his mother Dorthalene Ison Fugate of Flatwoods; his children, Shawn Stafford (Angela Wagoner) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky and Mary Jacqueline Adkins (Kevin) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; his siblings, Danny Lee Stafford of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Deborah Gayle Stafford of Flatwoods, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Carolyn Grace Adkins, Kamilla Jewel Adkins, Chloe Mae Adkins, Jacob Scott Fraley, Raven Alexandra Fraley and Brooklyn Shaleigh Stafford; and his pet Apollo.
