He was predeceased by : his parents, Bascom Lewis and Evelyn Adkins Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Pamela Gilliam Lewis; his children, Anthony Gene Lewis (Christina), Corey Isaac Lewis, Seth Allen Lewis, Jacqueline Lewis (Michael) and Brittany Montgomery (Trevor); his siblings, Donnie Lewis (Janie), Denver Lewis, David Lewis, Terry Lewis (Deana), Timmy Lewis, Geraldine Lewis (Delyn), Linda Lewis, Patty Smith, Diane Lewis, Brenda Berry (Doug) and Ashley Smith (Adam); and his grandchildren, Jackson Lewis, Weston Lewis, Baylee Lewis, Lukas Montgomery, Korbin Montgomery, Kolton Montgomery and Harlynn Montgomery.
