He was predeceased by : his father Billy Fultz; and his brothers, Gerry Fultz and Jonathan Fultz. He is survived by : his mother Connie Howard Sparks of Kenova; his stepfather Phillip Sparks; his wife Angie Kinster Fultz of Sandy Hook; his children, Emily Fultz of Sandy Hook, Korie Fultz of Mateca, Caitlin Stegall (Steven) of Grayson, Bradley Johnson of Sandy Hook, James Mabry (Mika) of Olive Hill, Josh Mabry (Callie) of Olive Hill, Jordan Mabry of Olive Hill, Heather Kinster of Olive Hill and Amber Kinster of Grayson; his brothers, George Fultz of Sandy Hook, Joe Fultz of Sandy Hook, Jason Fultz of Sandy Hook, Billy Fultz of Beaver Dam and Malcolm Fultz of Morehead, Kentucky; his stepmother Cheryl Fultz of Morehead; and his pet Zeus. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
