He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kitchen and Leatha Fannin Kitchen; and his son-in-law Reece Hampton. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Kitchen (Dexter) of Sandy Hook and Rhonda Hampton of Morehead; his grandchildren, Desteny Skaggs (Zach), Leah Brickey and Bailey Hampton; and his great grandchildren, Addison of Sandy Hook and Ellie Skaggs of Sandy Hook. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
