She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Kenny Fannin; her parents, Cody Charlton and Kathleen Charlton; her brother Walter Charlton; her siblings' children, Carla and Freddy Penley; her children, Misty Fannin (Thomas), Kenny Fannin (Joanna) and Kim Fannin (Joe); her grandchildren, Johnathon Collins (Andrea) and Hope Kathleen Fannin; her great grandchild Nevaeh Lynn Collins; her grandchildren, William Hurt (Ashley), Celesta Begley (Charles), Jerry Hurt, Nikki Hurt, Tamrah, Rebel, Brenden, Allyssa, Jaxton, Kylie, Mason, Rylan, Tyson and Dewayne Loving; her sister Mary Lipe; her brother-in-law Pete Lipe; her aunt Blanche Brown; and her nephew Cody Penley.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Robert's. Cornett Memorial Cemetery.
