It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Fields Jr. (Sassafras, Kentucky), born in Hindman, Kentucky, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Fields and Carol Madden Fields; his siblings, John Fields and Tammy Cornett; and his parents-in-law, Frenchmon and Joeleen Sumner.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Fields; his children, Frenchmon Sumner (Kendra) and Kristie Sumner; his grandchildren, Brantley Sumner and McKayleigh Gibson; and his siblings, Bruce Fields (Tina), James Fields (Tammy), Jason Fields (Angie) and Rachel Parks Host (Joey). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
