He is survived by: his wife Vicki Adams; his children, Richard Adams (Christi) and Barbara Slone; his grandchildren, Cassandra Adams (Tanis), Chris Adams, Leighanne Sumner, Kayla Slone, Jayde Cornett, Phillip Slone, Logan Slone, Brady Adams and Ava Adams; his great grandchildren, Colton Sumner and Nova Sumner; and his siblings, Ann Adams, Billy Adams (Connie), Roger Adams, Dorothy Amburgey (Mitchell), Ralph Adams (Trish), Josephine Eversole Host (Mark), Carlene Toller, Brenda Melton and Rosetta Chaffins. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
