He is survived by: his wife Cassie Woods Mills of Saul, KY; and his children, Vincent Mills of Saul, KY, Calvin Mills (Marie) of Saul, KY and Rhonda Henson of Big Creek, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
