He was predeceased by: his parent William Arthur Spencer; his daughter Tracy Tedesco; his siblings, Ralph Spencer, Cloyd Spencer, Pat Spencer, Lorene Mitchell, Ruby Spencer, Alma Gunnels, Catherine Dillard and Betty Graves; and also Ann Elizabeth Keefer Spencer.
He is survived by: his parent Zula Evelyn Ashford Spencer; and his sons, Jim Spencer (Evelyn), John Spencer (Karen) and Troy Woodmansee. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
