She is survived by : her children, Todd Duke of Scottsville, KY, Chad Duke (Stephanie) of Bowling Green, KY, Melody White of Bowling Green, KY and Tammy Roberts (Joseph) of Fishers, IN; her stepchildren, Larry Turk (Kathy) of Scottsville, KY and Donna Turk of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Bobby Wright of Hodgenville, KY and Peggy Wakefield (Larry) of Bradenton, FL; and her grandchildren, Amy Waddell (Ryan), Bryan Duke (Michelle), Cassie Sydnor (Jonathan), Andrea Kitchens (Brandon), Jason White (Heather), Wesley Duke (Alexandra), Katie Roberts, Rachel Roberts, Colton Duke and Ethan Duke. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
