It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Scott Witt of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Wilson "Dick" Witt and Dorothy Priscilla Buchanan Witt; his daughter Brianna Witt; and his siblings, Phyllis Bridges, Ann Deal, Mike Witt and Charles Witt.
He is survived by: his close friend Hope Dill; his children, Josh Witt (Elizabeth) of Scottsville, KY and Meggan Oberg (Robert) of Bowling Green, KY; his siblings, Joe Witt (Debbie) of Scottsville, KY, Dwight Witt of Martinsville, IN, Lisa Guerrero of Center, KY, Janie Davis of Peoria, AZ and Jackie Headlee of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Rebecca Oberg, Mycle Thomas, Autumn Witt, Jacob Witt and Lillian Witt; and also Emily of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
