She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Roger Hooten and Donna Lee Meador Barnes (Sharon Miller); and her grandparents, Bro. Earl and Vera Meador. She is survived by: her husband Jesse Allen Sullivan of Scottsville, KY; her daughter Reagan Sullivan of Scottsville, KY; her stepdaughter Jessica Sullivan; her daughter Gracie Gullett of Scottsville, KY; her sister Brandi Sullivan (Joe); her brother-in-law Nathan Sullivan (Debora); her aunt Willie Throop (Alan); her sibling's children, Lincoln, Benjamin Sullivan and Savannah Sullivan; and her close friends, Kyle Stinson, Lori, Jason, Jacob Sloan, Jack, Jean Hanes, Judy Meador and Linda Douglas.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations maybe made at Goad Funeral Home.
