With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Polly Renick of Scottsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Polly Renick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freely Virgle Moody and Ora Bell Williams Moody; her spouse Glendal Wayne Renick; and her brother Eugene Moody. She is survived by: her children, Steven Renick of Pasedena, CA, Phil Renick (Cheryl) of Cave City, KY and Kathy Fraim (John) of Scottsville, KY; her sister-in-law Linda Haven of Scottsville, KY; her grandchildren, Christy McElfresh (Stace), Kyle Renick (Heather), Ryan Renick (Alex), Jason Fraim (Christie), Leslie Fraim and Kori Renick (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Bryce King (Mallory), Reece McElfresh, Brooke McElfresh, Savanah Renick, Durham Renick, Maelee Fraim and Jack Fraim.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Clifton Cemetery or New Hope Church. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
