He is survived by: his children, Lesa Watts (Ronnie), Taylor Ward (Tracy) and Cory Ward; his grandchildren, Dani Ward, Jack Ward, Chase Ward (Macayla), Alex Ward, Macy Ward and Mattie Ward; his friend Patty Cornwell; his siblings-in-law, Georgia Ward, Pamela Costello (Darrell) and Richard Perkins (Melba); his sibling's children, Renea'Laredo (Saul), Jeff Costello (Karen) and Wesley Costello (Leigh); and his caregiver Lucille Payne.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
