She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Phillips and Lou Ella Phillips; her spouse Exie Eugene Felts; and her children, Exie E. Felts II, Judith Kay Reddle, Phyllis Ann Figgins, Frances Luella Hafey and Deena Renee Lanham. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
