He is survived by: his sons, David N. Bascom II (Leanne Fawns) of Owingsville and Ethan T. Bascom of Mt. Sterling; his granddaughter Isabella Bascom of Owingsville; and his siblings, Tommy Bascom, George Bascom of Mt. Sterling, Richard Bascom (Theresa) of Louisville, Mary Susan Mardon (Dave) of Richmond and Elisabeth Bascom (Gary) of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
