He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Ann Sebastian. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Sidles, Cherie Taulbee Noble, Randy Taulbee, Regina Young, Sandra Kaye Saylor and Cindy McDonald; and his siblings, Bill Taulbee, Kenneth "Cotton" Taulbee and Mary Sue Mers. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
