He is survived by : his significant other Shannon Collins (Sadie); his children, Austin Collins, Brandin Collins, Tobby Collins, Prestin Collins, Peyten Sophia Collins, Bristen Lynn Collins and Lyla Nae-Omie Collins; his parents, Gary Collins and LuCinda Collins (Smyer); his siblings, Daniel Collins and Sherrie Schroeder; his grandmother Charlene Smyer; and his parents-in-law, Stoney and Beverly League. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
