It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Russell Tipton of Shelbyville, Kentucky, born in Cropper, Kentucky, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Russell Tipton and Cora Mae Kesler Tipton; her brother Russell "Rusty" Tipton (Peggy Jo) of Shelbyville, KY; her niece Stephanie Lee Tipton; her nephew Jamie Scott Tipton; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Madeline Perry, BrayLynn Wills, Russell Thomas Tipton, Stella Mae Tipton and Chloe Faye Lutes.
