He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gary LaPlant of LaGrange; his daughters, Angela Greenwell (Dwight) of Taylorsville and Joy Darnell (Dwayne) of Taylorsville; his brother David Frye (Gloria) of Shepherdsville; his grandchildren, April Miller of Louisville, Tyler Greenwell (Moriah) of Taylorsville and Shane Greenwell of Taylorsville; and his great grandchild Theodore Greenwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
