He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Crumley, Sr. and Immogene Hackney Crumley; and his siblings, John Michael "Butchie" Crumley and Glenna Crumley. He is survived by: his wife Gail Boyd Crumley; his children, Randy Blake Crumley, Jr. of Louisville and Candice Nicole Brummel (Garrett) of Shelbyville; his grandsons, Darren and Derek Fulgoni; and his children, Terry Brummel and Owen Brummel.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Webb Funeral Home (1144 Main St, Shelbyville, KY 40065). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grove Hill Cemetery (458 Mt Eden Rd, Shelbyville, KY 40065).
