She is survived by: her husband Jay Townsend; her siblings, Patti Hardesty (Rick) and Darrell Yount (Kathy); her sons, Tony Nichols (Katherine) and Jason Nichols (Crystal); her grandchildren, Cody Nichols (Cinzia), Brittney Richardson (Steven), Jordan Nichols (Elizabeth), Colton Nichols, Trenton Claycomb, Hunter and Jaxon; her great grandchildren, Sarah and Skylar; her stepson Jay Townsend (Shelia); her stepgrandchildren, Jason, Megan and Rose; her stepdaughter Rhonda Martin (Michael); her stepgrandsons, Justin and James; and her stepson Joel Townsend.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville Sunday (1185 West Main Street Shelbyville, KY 40065). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville Monday (1185 West Main Street Shelbyville, KY 40065).
