He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Jenkins; his sons, Phil Jenkins (Deanna) and Chris Jenkins (Melissa); his grandchildren, Whitney Jenkins (Sam), Austin Jenkins, Katie Jenkins, Thomas Stovall, Brooke Jenkins and CJ Stovall; his great grandchildren, Grayson Altman, Rylan Franklin and Hudson Altman; and his sisters, Leona Meadows, Martha Thomas, Lelia Williams and Kathy Morehead (Dale). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear family and friends.
