As Kimberly Jeanine departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kimberly Jeanine. Though Kimberly Jeanine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester T. Brown and Velma "Rexroat" Brown; and her husband Darrel Grinestaff. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Day (Rusty); her sisters, Diana Ray and Sherry Smith; her granddaughter Gwyndalynn Grinestaff (Justin Milburn); and her great grandchild Gennavieve Milburn.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40109). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
