We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2025, at the age of 80, Luther C. Barnett Jr. of Shepherdsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther C. Barnett, and Jeanette Barnett, Sr. (Powers); and his brothers, Jerry Barnett and Don Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Jan Barnett; his children, Veronica Robinson, Chris Gault and Ben Gault (Tracie); his siblings, Laura Belew (Glenn), David Barnett (Diane), William Barnett (Teri), Joe Barnett (Theresa), John Barnett (Cindy) and Steve Barnett (Amy); and his grandchildren, Lexy, Dominic, Kayla, Stefan, Keagan and Nicholas.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home.
