He is survived by: his wife Lam Parsley; his daughters, Amber and Erin Parsley; his stepchildren, Lan and Quan Nguyen; his parents, Paul D., Sr. and Teatta Parsley; his sister Linda Kay Parsley; his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Sable and Crystal; and his grandchildren, Haley Engle, Gunner Kearney, Rhianna Kearney and Alyssa Parsley.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Maraman Billings Funeral Home (605 Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A masonic service was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
