He is survived by : his parent Helen Noreen Jacoby of Simpsonville, KY; his daughters, Danielle Jacoby and Leah Jacoby; and his siblings, Joe Jacoby (Marsha), Tom Jacoby (Susan), Bob Jacoby (Aleene), Mike Jacoby (Lou Ann), Mark Jacoby (Kim), Judy Mahoney (Jimmy), Mary Lou Barnett (Len), Rosemary Booth (Dennis), Dorothy Young (Frank), Kathy Nickel (Kevin), Luigene Roland (Keith) and Melissa Dahlman (Jonathan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
