He was predeceased by: his wife Flossie Donegan; and his sons, James Donegan and Perry Donegan. He is survived by: his sons, Henry Donegan, III and Floyd Donegan, Jr. (Jacqueline); his sister Lillie Kean; and his grandchildren, Sherika Parker, Secoyia Moore (Anthony), Floyd Donegan, Jr. and Brittany Donegan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
