He was predeceased by: his parents, John England and Nora Lee Farley England; his daughter Angela England; his granddaughter Shyanne Nicole Miller; and his brothers, Darrell, Rex and Junior England.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Davis England of Smiths Grove; his children, Kathy Miller (Henry) of Summer Shade and Kenneth England, Jr. of Bowling Green; and his siblings, Danny England of Glasgow, Wanda Emmitt of Glasgow, Linda Bernier (Randall) of Auburn, KY and Jackie Lynn of Glasgow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
