With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Belcher of Smithland, Kentucky, who passed away on September 15, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife June Belcher; and his parents, Herschel Belcher and Carrie Belcher. He is survived by : his son Todd Belcher (Tracie) of Smithland; and his grandchildren, Carter Belcher (CJ) of Smithland and Blair Belcher (Mac) of Smithland.

Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Leeper Cemetery at 1046 Vaughn Rd. Smithland, KY 42081.
