She was predeceased by : her former life partner Bill Shekell; her sons, Leslie Shekell and David Shekell; her granddaughter Rachelle Smith; and her parents, Leslie Cress and Lena Cress.

She is survived by : her daughter Tonya Loyd (Angel White) of Ledbetter; her grandson Brent Doom of Ledbetter; her great grandchildren, Amarie Smith of Paducah and DeShon Smith of Paducah; and her son-in-law Joe Joe Smith of Paducah.
