He is survived by : his wife Rachael Childress of Smithland; his sons, Dustin Childress of Benton and Nathaniel Childress of Smithland; his mother Sue Childress (Ellis) of Michigan; his siblings, Vickie Rease, Todd Childress and Greg Kist; and his grandson Avery Childress. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
