She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ragsdale and Lillian Bandy Ragsdale; and her son Richard Boyd. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Houchins (Dicky); and her grandchildren, Brandon Nott, Reshae Boyd, Summer Boyd and Joshua Wyatt. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
