Perry of Campbellsville, KY; her siblings, Brenda Jenkins (Tony), Sherri Jackson, Terri Abney (John), Judy Pennington, Steve Spears (Jeannie), Greg Spears (Darlene), George Spears and Jim Spears; and her grandchildren, Justin McIntosh, Rita Perry, Kelly Perry, Shania Perry, James Perry, Chase Simmons Dustin Stevens (Kat), Zachary Merritt and Hannah Ray. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
